All orders are packed and shipped from Lithuania.

Processing time

Available knives are usually packed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

Custom orders, modified orders, pre-orders, or made-to-order items may require additional time. If extra time is needed, this will be discussed before or after the order is placed.

Shipping destinations

International shipping is available to many countries. Available shipping options, prices, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout when possible.

If your country is not available at checkout, contact SimoKnives before ordering and I can check whether shipping is possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, package weight, and available shipping method.

Shipping costs do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, courier handling fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges that may be applied by the destination country, customs authority, or courier.

Customs, import taxes, and local laws

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, courier handling fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. Any import charges applied by the destination country, customs authority, or courier are the buyer’s responsibility.

SimoKnives cannot guarantee the final amount of import charges, as they are determined by local customs authorities and may vary by country, product classification, order value, and current regulations.

Buyers are also responsible for knowing and following their local knife laws before ordering. Some countries or regions may restrict the import, ownership, or carry of knives.

SimoKnives is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, seized, returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs or local authorities due to unpaid import charges, incomplete customs clearance, or local regulations.

Please check your local laws and import rules before purchasing.

Refused deliveries and unpaid customs charges

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay import charges, does not complete customs clearance, or does not collect the package in time, the parcel may be returned, delayed, abandoned, or destroyed by customs or the courier.

If the parcel is returned to SimoKnives in its original condition, a refund may be issued after the item is received back. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, courier fees, payment processing fees, and any other unrecoverable costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

If the parcel is abandoned, destroyed, seized, or otherwise not returned to SimoKnives, no refund will be issued until the item is recovered.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless the selected shipping method specifically includes a guaranteed delivery service.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact SimoKnives as soon as possible.

I will help where possible by checking tracking information or contacting the shipping carrier. Final responsibility for delivery investigations, insurance claims, and carrier decisions may depend on the shipping method used.

Returned packages

If a package is returned because it was refused, unclaimed, blocked by customs, or could not be delivered, the buyer may be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, courier fees, and any additional unrecoverable fees where permitted by law.
